Magnetic V-Blocks

Our V-block surfaces are ground parallel and perpendicular, to a ± .0002" tolerance and made from case hardened material in block form. V-blocks are offered in matched sets, and are carried as a stock item. Our V-blocks have a holding diameter capacity from .030" to .625" (part number 41101-90), and .062" to 1.250" (part number 41102-90). Accuracy and integrity are ensured with CMM and granite plate inspection methods, as well as surface finish and hardness testing.
